Role Description
Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models to bring concepts to life.
Oversee projects from initial design through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sustainable practices, and new technologies.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards


Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
1 to 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion etc.)
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and project variety.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
