GF55 Architects seeks a skilled and experienced Architect for a Project Manager role to work in our NYC office. The ideal candidate should have 6-9 years of professional experience including as a Project Manager on projects similar in scope to GF55's portfolio.

GF55 is an award-winning firm based in NYC, with a diverse and talented team of architects and designers. Our projects range in size and scope, with expertise in mixed-use multifamily, institutional, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-9 years of professional experience
• Minimum B.Arch degree
• Professional licensure required
• Knowledge of NYC building codes and regulations is a plus
• Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, MS office
