Job Title: Architect Job Captain
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect Job Captain with 4-12 years of experience and a professional architectural degree. This role is suitable for both licensed architects and unlicensed captains. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing designs, producing construction documents, and coordinating consultant efforts to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities
* Develop and refine architectural designs.
* Produce comprehensive construction documents.
* Coordinate consultant efforts and ensure effective team communication.
* Manage RFI and submittal reviews, drawing revisions, and supplemental construction phase documents.
* Engage with clients regarding project status and potentially act in the capacity of a Project Manager.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
* Strong teamworking and communication skills.
* Practical application of architectural tools and trade practices.
* Project coordination and administration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Document control and administrative support skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr.
