Architect/Project Manager

Location: Lexington, KY

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architect/Project Manager to lead and manage commercial architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial architecture and project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design and project management for commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in commercial architecture and project management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and LEED certification process.
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, or recreational architecture is a plus.
