Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Architect to drive the cloud and application architecture strategy for multiple products within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that cater to diverse product needs, ensuring reusability across geographies and business units. They will also define common architectural layers to optimize development efforts and maintain consistency across the product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud & Application Architecture:

• Design and recommend cloud architecture (multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud) strategies that align with business and product requirements.
• Define application architecture for various products, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Evaluate and select appropriate cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and application frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in different geographies.

Common Architecture & Reusability:

• Identify and design common architectural layers that can be leveraged across multiple products.
• Standardize frameworks, APIs, and integration patterns to streamline product deployments.
• Define architecture roadmaps and blueprints to ensure consistency in technology adoption across the organization.

Geographical Adaptation:

• Recommend architectural adaptations for products entering new markets, considering regulatory, compliance, and performance needs.
• Optimize cloud and application infrastructure for regional deployment variations (latency, data residency, local regulations, etc.).

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with product teams, engineering, DevOps, and security teams to implement best practices in software design and deployment.
• Provide guidance to development teams on architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with leadership to align architectural strategies with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience with at least 3+ years in designing highly scalable and reliable software architecture using cloud infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native services.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and resilient applications with modern development frameworks.
• Experience in API design, security, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-product or multi-tenant architectures.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AI/ML architectures and big data technologies.
