Minimum Five (5) years of experience managing or implementing enterprise EMC and IBM SAN & NAS environments. Storage Migration experience using EMC Recoverpoint and XIV Replication One or more of the following: EMC ExtremIO, EMC Centera or EMC Isilon Multivendor experience (e.g. EMC, Hitachi, Netapp, Dell, HP, etc.) Minimum five years IT infrastructure engineering experience Design, deploy, and manage block (FC, FCOE, iSCSI) and file (NFS, CIFS) storage for a virtual server environment with 250+ VMs Proficient at managing through either a GUI or command line Comfortable with scripting SAN refresh and migration experience Handson storage installation and cabling experience Experience with storage capacity and performance analysis and implementation Working knowledge of networking (troubleshooting connectivity at array, host, & hypervisor level) Configuration of zoning using Cisco fabric switches Seamlessly extend storage LUNs and volumes without system downtime Able to support high availability and business critical infrastructure Ability to communicate and present ideas to technical staff and management concisely desired Experience with storage virtualization technologies (VPLEX, SVC, HDS, VSAN) EMC VMAX, VNX expertise Past telecommuting background Strong passion for getting things done Storage certifications Cisco UCS and/or converged compute/storage/network solutions Heterogeneous/Cross Vendor storage migrations Enterprise backup & archiving experience with one or more of the following : Data Domain, Avamar, Networker, Commvault, Symantec, Tivoli VMware 5.x design, management, & implementation Consulting experience If you are interested, please send your resume at [email protected]
