Architect
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and sustainable architectural solutions for commercial construction projects. The Architect will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet their needs while adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural plans for commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Utilize architectural drafting software to create accurate blueprints and technical drawings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed Architect with a valid architectural license.
- Proven experience in commercial construction and design build projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drafting and design software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- A portfolio showcasing previous architectural work and successful projects.
