Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pega CDH - Lead Decisioning Architect with 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Pega, particularly with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) 8+. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the bank's Pega Platform initiatives, with strong architectural and implementation knowledge to drive decisioning strategy and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Lead Architect and SME for Pega CDH solutions in the Banking domain.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional, scalable Pega-based solutions.
• Define and implement end-to-end decisioning strategies using Pega CDH.
• Guide design decisions in alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead Pega platform solution design, including integration with microservices and Big Data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
• Work closely with Scrum teams and software engineers for smooth delivery and DevOps integration.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across environments including production support.
• Design and implement REST-based API integrations with external systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 8–12 years of total experience in Pega platform.
• Mandatory Pega CDH 8+ experience.
• Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Cassandra DB (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Expertise in Pega Integration Services, including Rule-Connects/Services and Declarative Processing.
• Proficiency in UI development using PRPC and defining business processes in Pega.
• Working knowledge of Java/JavaScript.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and Big Data ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in customer journey orchestration, adaptive analytics, and next-best-action strategies.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-level decisioning solutions.
• Prior experience with BDD frameworks and integration into CI/CD pipelines.
