About The Role

We've completed the conceptual design, secured land, and expect permits issued by June. Now, we need an Architect skilled in detailing and material specification, with a strong supplier network and a solid understanding of materials (wood, steel, stone, and other sustainable building components, with a strong emphasis on non-toxic and eco-friendly options). Your role involves on-site decision-making, overseeing material implementation, and coordinating with contractors.

Must-haves

• Experience in issuing Construction Documents, with specific knowledge in construction details
• 3-5 years of experience in building custom homes in Texas, encompassing all stages from conceptual design to execution and construction.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
