9 Squares Architect’s, Indore is seeking an Architect Cum Urban Planner with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. This role combines expertise in architecture and urban planning to manage and execute various projects effectively.

Position: Urban planner Cum Architect

Location: Indore, India (On-site)

Experience: 4-5 years

Job description:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a Master’s in Urban Planning.
• Develop concept sketches, 2D/3D models, and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Prepare detailed drawings and coordinate with all related service consultants.
• Command in developing master plans for various scales of projects.
• Oversee projects from planning to execution, coordinating with various professionals to ensure timely completion.
• Capability to lead a team and foster collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Fully conversant with all relevant codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in the latest software and integration of new technologies into project workflows.
• Relevant experience in zonal plans/local area plans, and TP schemes is appreciated.
