Architect - Analytics Ops Coppell, TX Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Analytics Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our analytics infrastructure. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to build scalable, robust data pipelines and empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to architect modern solutions that support advanced analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives. Your Key Job Functions * Play a key role in execution of BI Analytics business architecture, establishing and maintaining UI/UX standards for BI Analytics work, supporting BI Analytics delivery process * Analyze and redesign business process and BI Dashboards to improve efficiency and enhance overall performance * Manage, support and advance analytics projects for the senior stakeholders - understand requirements, drive demos and build capabilities * Create and evangelize innovative architectural patterns and reusable solution frameworks * Mentor and develop a high-performing team of analytics engineering professionals * Keep leadership and key partners abreast of the status for committed deliverables * Challenge/support the team on technical coding, as needed * Identify opportunities and design/drive process improvements * Responsible for technical strategy and target technology landscape for analytics and BI toolset * Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and dashboards * Stay current with emerging BI technologies and best practices * Analysis of complex systems and documenting data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies * Analyze and interpret complex data into clear actionable insights by providing effective visualizations and narratives * Lead multiple projects with various deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables * Consult with data warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability * Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard issues and data discrepancies quickly and accurately What You Bring to the Team * Required bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field * Minimum of 10+ years of experience in developing dashboards using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud, with previous experience in Restaurant Operations being a plus * Proven expertise using software including, but not limited to, Advanced SQL, Excel, API's, cloud databases (AWS, Azure), scripting languages (Python, R, JavaScript), and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik) * Proven expertise in both visualizing data and storytelling with data to create actionable reports and presentations through both quantitative analytics and business acumen skills * Experience with financial forecasting, financial concepts, informing business strategy, data science, and statistics * A "self-starter" attitude that thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment * Strong communication style, both verbal and written, with experience presenting complex ideas to varying levels of familiarity, adjusting style to their experience and needs * High organization, attention to detail, and project management skills * Proven ability to influence and build productive and cooperative relationships with team members, stakeholders, senior leadership, and other key partners
