Enter, our new: Arcade Service & Operations Field Technician (SF & East Bay) Since 2012, we’ve been providing arcade games to venues all over the Bay Area. We have over 15 locations with our games in various locations. Our games range from Skee-Ball, Basketball, Air Hockey, Pac-Man, and more. Our customers are happy when our games are clean and working 100% of the time. We’re in the business of FUN. Responsibilities: Manage a fleet of arcade machines across 15+ locations Conduct site visits and routine maintenance on machines Provide report to management/clients on status of machines Play test machines to ensure FUNctionality Order & install replacement parts and inventory Respond to service requests Requirements: Positive attitude Ability to troubleshoot basic issues and identify/triage issues Willingness to learn and absorb information (read game manuals) Fantastic communication (written and verbal) Basic understanding of power tools/electronics Drivers License (clean driving record) Bonus Points: Experience working on electronics (audio/video/computers/etc) Vehicle for transport (we have a company truck as well) Extremely organized & ability to prioritize tasks Flexible schedule (occasionally available on weekends) Why is this role special?
