What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with arcade and merchandising equipment. Customer Service Hero: Interact with venue staff and customers to ensure smooth game operations and happy guests. Maintenance & Upkeep: Perform regular maintenance to keep machines operating at their best. Independence & Responsibility: Manage your route, prioritize repairs, and maintain accurate service records. What We’re Looking For: Mechanical & Electrical Know-How: 2+ years of experience OR completion of a technical training program. Troubleshooting Wizard: You love solving puzzles and finding creative solutions to technical issues. Customer Service Pro: You communicate clearly and know how to turn frustrated customers into happy ones. Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You stay organized, follow through on tasks, and take pride in doing things right. Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and ability to travel to customer locations. Schedule Flexibility: Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
