AR & Reporting Accountant
Responsibilities
- Manage AR & Prepayment offset efficiently for customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Prepare comprehensive AR aging report weekly & monthly, providing detailed insights into outstanding balances and collection efforts.
- Compile cash collection report monthly, analyses cash inflows and identify trends to support financial planning.
- Conduct PRC financial report to Minority Shareholders monthly, provide detailed analytical reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement effective strategies to minimize audit adjustments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Maintain master data management (MDM) for finance, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all financial systems.
- Perform various Ad hoc work assigned by CFO & direct manager, contributing to special projects and initiatives that drive financial efficiency.
- Shall comply with relevant HSE regulations, not limited to training, system documentation and the relevant professional skills for the position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years manufacturing accountant background (AR/AP/general ledger) or at least 3 years statutory audit background is preferred.
- Good communication skills, strong proficiency in English and Mandarin, CET6 as plus.
- Logical thinking, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with financial management laws and regulations, and basic knowledge; proficiency in SAP or Oracle system is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
