StevenDouglas is partnering with a software company in their search for an AR/Collections Specialist on an interim basis for at least 3 months, with potential of extension. This position will be working in office on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact business clients via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment issues
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes, collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate records
• Maintain detailed records of collection activities and provide regular updates on statuses

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business to Business Collections experience
• Netsuite and/or Salesforce experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
