Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Apprentice located in New Delhi. The Apprentice will be responsible for assisting in daily operations, learning about standard processes and protocols, providing customer service, and supporting various departments as needed. The role involves hands-on experience and training to develop skills in hospitality and hotel management.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and protocols
• Organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or related field is beneficial
