Job Description Summary

Providing formal technical and clinical training to customers: doctors and bio-medical engineers that have purchased a GE Healthcare Ultrasound product dedicated to WH. Supervised responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions. Supervised responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses promotion and support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions.
• Product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses promotion and support.
• Build optimal show sites to support customer visits
• Support sales team during customer visits through product demos and clinical presentation
• Support application team in the adoption of new products/applications
  
  

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Biomedical Engineering or related
• Strong clinical and technical background;
• Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
• Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills
• Solid problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities
• Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
• Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
• Fluent in English and Italian
