Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team in La Cala de Mijas. This role is pivotal in connecting potential clients with our Wealth Managers, ensuring a seamless introduction to our services. The ideal candidate is driven, maintains a positive demeanor, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact potential clients to schedule appointments with Wealth Managers.
• Maintain and update client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.
• Provide feedback to the team on client interactions to enhance service delivery.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
