Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and energetic Canvassers to join our team in the Humble, Kingwood, and Atascocita areas. As a Canvasser, you will simply be setting appointments for our professional inspectors who will handle the roof inspection and properly advise our clients. Success in this role means confidently and respectfully interacting with the public, collecting accurate data. Full training provided. This position is ideal for outgoing individuals who are driven by purpose, enjoy talking with people, and are self motivated working with little supervision. This is a great job for a retiree that can work part time, or a collage student, or a stay-at-home mom breaking back into the workplace that wants to earn $40,000+ part-time, This can be a path to advancement as well. Requires no climbing.

• Engage with residents door-to-door in designated neighborhoods to offer a free no obligation roof inspection (inspection preformed by a trained professional inspector)
• Clearly and accurately communicate our offer in a friendly and professional manner (full training)
• Record interactions and collect contact information and note those wanting an inspection in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals and performance metrics
• Attend team meetings as needed - plan you day based on your schedule
• Plan and execute your day with little or no supervision once trained
• Represent our organization with professionalism and integrity at all times

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Highly motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Friendly, respectful, and approachable demeanor
• Prior canvassing, sales, customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly
• Must be 18 years or older and have own transportation
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with the Humble, Kingwood, and Atascocita areas is a bonus
