Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and projects for new epoxy curing agent product development in protective coating application.
• Provide technical service based on customer needs.
• Analyze complaints, develop solution, and support market launch.
• Clarify trends in the market and support filling the innovation pipeline.
• Monitor the competitive environment in the market for product support and development.
• Deliver presentations during customer visits and at exhibitions/conferences and provide technical training to colleagues, distributors, and customers.
• Collaborate with key functions such as marketing, sales, supply chain, production product stewardship and global coating team to ensure alignment on project development.
• Support EHSQ relevant roles in lab and follow ESHQ and 5S rules in daily lab work.
  
  

Requirements

• Master degree or above in organic chemistry, polymer science, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3:5 years of industrial experience with a proven track record in new product and successful business development.
• Experience with epoxy, polyurethane chemistry is preferred, especially with crosslinker products for metal anti-corrosive coating applications.
• Ability to manage R&D projects to meet timelines.
• Strong team player in cross-functional and global teams.
• High motivation to drive new technology initiatives and innovation projects.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
