The Role
We are currently seeking a full-time, highly professional, career-oriented engineer to join our monarch system management applications team.
A critical aspect for all DGM customers is maintaining and administering their SCADA system and adjacent applications to keep them in sync with the electrical network as it expands and updates.
The System Management Application Engineers are responsible for supporting system management application implementation and defining maintenance strategies on customer projects. This requires working closely with project teams to understand system requirements & use cases and teaching customers how to use DGM applications to improve their maintenance and administration process in terms of quality, efficiency, and safety. Success in this role requires becoming the subject matter expert in system maintenance principles and collaborating with the SMEs of all other product areas to design integration with modeling tools, advanced applications, and 3rd party products.
Your Impact
* Assessing customer requirements and designing solutions, including leading design and configuration workshops
* Defining and guiding project engineers in the configuration of the System Management applications
* Training our customers on the maintenance tools and best practices
* Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - available to assist the organization with System Management & maintenance questions, troubleshooting, and other challenges.
* Defining and refining product configuration, system configuration standards and design templates related to system management.
* In some scenarios - Executing tasks as an assigned project member, specifically focused on System Management applications
* Maintaining a central repository and knowledge base of system management principles. Leveraging this information to provide recommendations and guidance to customers, project teams, and 3rd party implementers.Database content management

What You'll Need
* Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field.
* 3+ years of Project Engineering experience
* Experience with SCADA and/or OT systems.
* Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability and flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites.
* Ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize strategically.
* Experience with or knowledgeable about utility operations preferred.
* Expertise in data management and maintenance principals preferred.

The salary range for this role is $74,200.00 - $92,800.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
