Job Description

What are we looking for

We are looking for a Analytics Implementation Engineer to manage Production Analytics Refresh activities and collaborate closely with the offshore development team. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, experience with Tableau, and a solid understanding of production processes. This role requires adherence to project timelines and the flexibility to extend work hours when necessary.

Location: East Windsor, New Jersey (Hybrid)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute Production Analytics Refresh activities.
  • Work closely with the offshore development team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to project timelines and extend work hours if required.
  • Perform small code modifications using SQL.
  • Maintain and manage Tableau workbooks and Tableau servers.
  • Ensure smooth execution of production activities and processes.
  • Prepare technical process documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with various teams, including development, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Refine, validate, and implement best practices for production analytics.

Required Experience

  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to make small code changes.
  • Experience working with Tableau workbooks and Tableau servers.
  • Prior knowledge of production activities and processes.
  • Basic understanding of Java (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of SQL database & server management (a plus).
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience in handling Level 1/2 production issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and basic healthcare domain knowledge (a plus).

Non-Technical / Behavioural Competencies Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills are essential
  • Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management (both internal and external) is necessary
  • Should be a quick learner, self-starter, proactive, and an effective team player
  • Must have experience working under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure
