Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Strategy Development: Develop, document, and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements.
Functional and Non-functional Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for various applications.
Defect Tracking and Management: Identify, log, and track defects using industry-standard defect tracking tools, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
Test Automation: Design and implement automated test scripts where applicable to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues found during testing.
Quality Assurance Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including test results, defect reports, and recommendations for improvement.
End-User Support and Training: Support end-users during the UAT phase, ensuring they understand the system functionality and report any issues effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in application testing, preferably in a governmental or regulated environment.
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM), test automation frameworks, and scripting languages. Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.
