The Role
We are looking for a Quality and Customer Service fluent in French to engage with our native French-speaking customers. You will ensure effective communication and high-quality service delivery, acting as a bridge between developers and customers. Your responsibilities will include preparing and executing test cases, reporting bugs, generating testing reports, and providing feedback on functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers who are native French speakers, ensuring effective communication and high-quality software delivery
Prepare detailed checklists and test cases to support testing execution
Execute testing based on the prepared checklists and test cases
Report bugs and issues identified during the testing process
Generate testing reports for the features/sections tested
Proactively provide feedback and recommendations on functionality, non-functionality, and user experience of the platform
Ideal Profile
French as the main language
Proficient in English both oral and written.
Basic understanding of Software Quality Assurance and testing
Basic skills in Customer Service
Able to work hybrid in Madagascar
