Role Overview:

We seek an Application Support Associate with 2-3 years of experience in POS billing software or related fields. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot software issues, and assist users across our platform, ensuring a seamless business experience utilizing our billing, digital receipts, raffle draws, and survey solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist users with queries related to:


POS Billing Software – Billing, invoicing, and transaction-related concerns.

E-Receipts – Helping businesses implement and manage digital receipts for paperless transactions.

Raffle Draws – Supporting retailers in setting up and managing digital raffle campaigns for customer engagement.

Surveys – Guiding businesses in creating and analyzing customer feedback surveys to drive better decision-making.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical/software-related issues efficiently.
  • Assist new users with onboarding, product setup, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Sales) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in CRM tools.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quick response times.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support for POS billing software, digital solutions, or fintech products.
  • Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and retail transaction processes.
  • Experience supporting E-Receipts, Raffle Draws, or Customer Surveys (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Prior experience in SaaS-based POS, customer engagement tools, or survey platforms.
  • Exposure to retail, hospitality, or e-commerce industries.
  • Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and digital marketing tools.
