Your Role & Responsibilities: This role is to provide support for all client´s Content Management products and services, including customer installed, hosted by the client, or SaaS delivery. Support is provided for both newly launched products as well as mature products.

Server Operating Systems experience included but not limited to (installation, basic configuration and administration prefer Windows Server Certification):
Web Server (installation, configuration, basic administration)
Network related protocols (basic configuration and administration)
