About the role:
Join our Monterrey-based Support Centre team in Mexico and become a crucial part of our customer-focused support organization. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Your Responsibilities:
Professionally handle client calls, offering effective solutions and advice.
Engage with clients to perform remote testing, support, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Maintain and adhere to high Service Quality levels.
Ensure timely resolution of all issues and keep clients informed of progress.
Participate in relevant Epicor product training courses aligned with our certification scheme.
Qualifications for Success:
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Degree in Manufacturing-related fields (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
Demonstrated expertise in aligning technology solutions with business needs.
Familiarity with ERP is highly advantageous.
Minimum of three years of related experience (preferred but not essential).
Valued: Customer service experience.
Additional Skills That Make You Stand Out:
Manufacturing/Technical Skills.
Exposure to a production environment with understanding of manufacturing concepts, terminology, processes, and procedures.
Knowledge/exposure to computerized Manufacturing Planning and Control (MPC) is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Service-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a stressful environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
