Departmental Applications Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90033 (100% Remote - PST Preferred)

Duration: 6-Month Contract with high potential to extend or convert to FTE

PAY: $55-65/hour

The Departmental Applications Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining departmental systems with a focus on reporting, system administration, and user support. The analyst will ensure efficient and accurate functioning of applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and optimize system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain reports
• Support and update Midas system
• Provide MACS system backup support
• Manage user access via Administrator Tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Perform system testing and updates
• Document system processes and fixes
• Collaborate with departments on system needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
• Experience with reporting tools and applications
• Familiarity with Midas and MACS systems (preferred)
• Skilled in Administrator Tools
