As our new Application Support Analyst, you will provide first and second-line support for our core business applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting user issues, managing system access and setting up new users. This role also involves delivering training and support for internally developed small business systems.
You will be a tech savvy problem solver who enjoys working with business-critical applications, keeping them running smoothly.
Some of your key responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for ERP (Infor M3), CRM (SugarCRM), BI, finance, regulatory, and other internal business systems, escalating complex issues as needed.
Manage user setups, permissions, and system configurations while assisting with basic troubleshooting.
Conduct user training and create support materials to enhance system proficiency.
Work with internal teams and external vendors to diagnose, resolve, and prevent recurring application issues.
Support system updates, testing, and deployment while maintaining records to identify trends and improve processes.
What do I need to be successful in this role?
Experience with at least one of our applications, including M3 ERP, Sugar CRM, Azure AD.
Familiarity with ticketing and IT Service Management tools.
Willingness to learn new applications and business processes.
Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
