Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, Go, Python, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript (ReactJS), Swift, Kotlin, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and web application/server-side frameworks such as ASP.net, Next.js, Node.js, .NET, .NET Framework, etc.
Understanding of database management systems for storing and retrieving data including SQL, Microsoft SQL developer, Oracle SQL Developer, API, Kubernetes, etc.
Interpret application logs to diagnose issues.
Experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow.
Respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions.
Document long-term changes and short-term changes implemented.
Direct a team of software developers with any application enhancements and/or day-to-day maintenance.
Assess customer complaints, inquiries, or problems reported via a variety of channels, such as but not limited to, email, phone, chat, ticket, and more.
Ensure that client systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
Deployment of service releases, patches, requests, and customizations.
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
Deliver regular and customized application training to users within the Agency.
Prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the application systems.
