Summary

As our new Application Support Analyst, you will keep our core business applications running smoothly by providing first and second-line support. You'll assist users by troubleshooting issues, setting up new accounts, and managing system access. You'll also provide training and support for some of our internal business systems.


You will be a tech savvy problem solver who enjoys working with business-critical applications, keeping them running smoothly.


Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for key systems like ERP (Infor M3), CRM (SugarCRM), BI, finance, and other internal tools, escalating more complex issues when needed.
  • Manage user setups, permissions, and system configurations.
  • Assist with user training and create support materials to enhance proficiency.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve recurring issues.
  • Support system updates, testing, and maintaining records to identify trends and improve processes.



What do I need to be successful in this role?

  • Hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP is essential
  • Experience with other systems such as SugarCRM and Azure AD is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and IT Service Management tools.
  • Willingness to learn new applications and business processes.
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
