Job Description
Routine tasks include user setup and Health check on application status
First level support to handle daily enquiry/support on application from users
Troubleshoot applications issues and able to provide guidance to users
Report bugs and performance issue to the development team
Assist in user acceptance test, deployment
Prepare documents, include test plans, user manuals
Job Requirements
Degree holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
At least 1-2 years' experience in application support
Hands-on experience on Windows Server, Dynamic AX, SharePoint, MS SQL, IIS and etc.
Self-initiated, Multi-tasking and able to work independently
Good communication and problem solving skill
Good command of Cantonese and English
