Application Support Analyst (Hybrid – Brussels)

About the Role

Are you a problem-solver who enjoys helping others and thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment? We are looking for a motivated Application Support Analyst to join our team in Brussels on a hybrid basis.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for application users, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently, and user satisfaction is maintained. You’ll also collaborate with development teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.

What You'll Do

• Receive and log incoming requests, incidents, and questions via email, phone, or in person
• Provide first-line technical support, investigate issues, and take appropriate action
• Keep users updated on the status and resolution progress of their requests
• Participate in meetings with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Improve user documentation and develop FAQs based on recurring queries

What We're Looking For

• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a user support or helpdesk environment
• Strong analytical and process understanding skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural team
• Fluent in French and English (C1 level or above)
