This fintech company based in Adelaide is currently seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview

As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, implementing and troubleshooting software for the SIT, UAT and production environments used within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor application performance, uptime and health.
  • Provide support to resolve incidents, requests and queries related to systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades and patches.
  • Incident Management, resolving application related issues reported by users.
  • Collaboration with internal business units and external stakeholders for issue resolution.
  • Develop and execute scripts using SQL.
  • Provide on call support.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Hands-on experience in Application support
  • SQL proficiency
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases and systems
  • Good Analytical skills
