Role Overview: The Application Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise applications like Salesforce, Oracle AMS, ServiceNow, JIRA. You will enable Al-powered incident management and observability while ensuring seamless data engineering integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Salesforce, Oracle AMS, ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, and other enterprise applications.

• Implement Al-powered automation for incident management, observability, and application monitoring.

• Ensure seamless integration between business applications and data pipelines.

• Support AMS and Oracle AMS-related workflows.

• Optimize application performance, licensing, and telemetry monitoring.
