Are you an experienced Vulnerability engineer who has experience with Tenable? Read on!

You will have a key role in the security assurance program, conducting regular checks to support compliance and assisting with the triage of deviations.

Your responsibilities include reporting findings and performing risk assessments to ensure their systems adhere to the highest standards of security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help to secure configurations and conduct vulnerability assessments
• Perform regular security checks to support compliance initiatives
• Assist in the triage of new deviations and report on findings
• Perform risk assessments to identify weaknesses and implement hardening measures to minimize potential attack vectors.

What we are looking for

Skills Required:

• Proficient in bash scripting (Linux) and/or registry/powershell (Windows).
• Strong knowledge of IT landscape components such as OS, databases, and networks.
• Expertise in security best practices, standards (e.g., NIST, CIS), and frameworks.
• Experience in threat and/or risk assessments.
• Understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and related technologies.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Knowledge of containers and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with Tenable.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, cloud security certifications).
• Experience in banking or a similarly regulated technology environment.
• Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
