Job Summary

We are currently seeking for a Project Manager (Applications) to lead the development of an innovative strategy for driving digital growth with key business units, manage exciting and dynamic work streams to drive digital transformation strategies and projects.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering and Electrical & Electronics;
• Must have of 8 years of experience in project management handing application maintenance for bespoke IT application systems;
• Must have experience in leading system design, complex applications design and solution architectures;
• Must have good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
• Experience in liaising with stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
• Must have experience in contract negotiation and vendor management;
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities;
• Demonstrated ability in decision-making and problem-solving;
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
• Strong analytical skills and effective resource management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Desired Skill-set

• Agile certifications (Product Owner or Scrum Master);
• PMP Certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management on digital projects to ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule;
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and business team to better understand their requirements and to ensure their requirements are understood and met
• Solicit new initiatives, additional change requirements and support department budget and procurement activities;
• Comply to internal processes & standards such as IT security, and Agile / SDLC framework;
• Work with technical and functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver projects as planned;
• Drive and resolve support activities, highlight potential risks to act proactively and resolve incident tickets;
• Manage, negotiate and resolve project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track;
• Lead project updates meetings and steering committee meeting.
