Title: Application Programmer V

Location: Southeastern United States (Onsite)

Pay Range:$39.02-$55.75/Hrs

Description

• Provide support for applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance.
• Respond to on-call support requests and production issues.
• Prepare documentation for root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve application issues.
• Review impact analysis based on issue investigations.
• Automate routine daily tasks using scripting.
• Offer support outside regular business hours when necessary.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support applications to meet service level agreements.
• Handle production ticket and issue triage effectively.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document findings.
• Partner with application teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Perform break-fix activities in code and databases.
• Adhere to release management and code deployment processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in application support workload management.
• Proficiency in scripting for task automation.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support as needed.
• Experience in consumer banking or financial domains.
• Knowledge of SQL and log analysis is advantageous.
