Summary

Onsite The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Review current technology (hardware and software) used for managing agency records and recommend any changes needed to address inefficiencies, maintenance issues, scalability, recoverability, and security risk including: Agency scanning capability; Document repository and indexing; Identify all methods of document creation and acquisition; Integration of other systems; Searching, retrieving and sharing records both internal and external; Tracking document lifecycle for both electronic and physical records; Participate in all data gathering sessions; Provide a gap analysis of current technology to future needs; Estimate cost and effort of future state. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory : 10 or more years' experience with Software Engineering; Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 5 or more years' experience with document management development including scanning, indexing, storage and disposition of records; Knowledge of document management systems, experience with data entry, file organization, and familiarity with relevant compliance regulations, Implementation of custom API processes; Support of document capture software; Kofax Capture, IBM DataCap or similar; ECRM implementation experience; Hyland OnBase, IBM FileNet, Oracle, MS SharePoint or other; Strong analytical skills to identify current technology use and effectively recommend alternative solutions; Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Experience with state government records management programs is a plus;
