YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an Application Production Support Analyst to join our team.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including debugging and log analysis.
• Ensure applications are operational and optimized
• Participate in infrastructure testing and validation of server migrations.
• Document technical environments and procedures.
• Participate in designing new infrastructure and prepare for its commissioning.
• Monitor the quality of service (load analysis, performance monitoring).
• Deploy applications and set up environments according to standards.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in application support, incident management, debugging, and log analysis
• Strong technical knowledge of application technologies and cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in IT tools (Ansible, Linux, Windows, Jenkins, Cloud, Kubernetes)
• Experience with SQL queries and data analysis
• Familiarity with Agile & DevOps culture and ITIL best practices
• Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (Dynatrace preferable)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
• Experience in the banking sector (plus)
