The Application & Integration Developer role is responsible for design, develop, and maintain high-quality web-based and mobile software applications. This role will have a deep understanding of application development frameworks, programming languages, and software engineering principles. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and robust solutions.

Broad Responsibility Highlights

Application Development:

• Provide inputs to the Integration Lead Developer for the architecture, design, and development of integration solutions for Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, and other third-party systems.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop front-end and back-end components of applications.
• Create efficient and scalable development and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and REST/SOAP API and other API technology stacks
  
  

Requirement Analysis And Design

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and specifications.
• Ensure the design aligns with the architectural standards and business goals.
  
  

System Optimization And Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
• Optimize applications for scalability and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  
  

Innovation And Best Practices

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes.
• Promote and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and documentation practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development tools and processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in application development both web-based and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with application frameworks like .NET, Spring Boot, or Angular/React and DevSecOps
• Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
  

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of API Management, DevSecOps, Oracle Cloud modules (optional) and data structures.
• Expertise in middleware and cloud-based integration solutions.
• Familiarity with a range of software applications, databases, operating systems, and integration platforms.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
