Job Description: About the Position: The purpose of this position is to support our Product Applications and Product Development Teams in Field testing, Form Fit Function testing, and Product Cycle testing. Responsibilities will include: * Coordinate with Product Application Management on identification of test requirements * Test components for Form Fit and Function * Generate Reports on Form Fit and Functions * Identify opportunities for tracker installation improvements and value engineering * Analyze and suggest areas for value engineering to provide most ideal solutions * Support Build of Tracker Rows for R&D Tests Desired Characteristics: * Self-motivated, independent, technical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills * Comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer base and product offering * Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally verbally, in writing and with presentations * Proven ability to solve complex problems * Enrolled in Masters, PHD or Bachelor's program Intern pay range for California - $15,000-$20,000 for duration At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
