We're Hiring an App Developer Co-founder (Equity-Based)

We're a founding team of three — a marketer, a finance expert, and an AI engineer — building a cutting-edge AI-first startup. We're now looking for a fourth co-founder: a talented App Developer who can design and build beautiful, polished apps, with real-world experience publishing on the Play Store/App Store.

About the Role:

• Equity: 12-15%
• Commitment: Full-time, hands-on co-founder role (no salary initially)
• Focus: Build sleek, highly functional consumer apps (Android/iOS) for AI-driven products.
• Location: Remote-first, but open to occasional meetups (preferably India-based)

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of professional experience developing mobile apps (Android/iOS).
• Has published at least 2–3 apps on the Play Store or App Store.
• Can own the full app lifecycle — from design, development, and testing to deployment and updates.
• Has strong design instincts: apps that feel intuitive, beautiful, and world-class.
• Can work closely with our AI expert to integrate AI models/APIs into the app experience.
• Bonus: Experience with Flutter, React Native, or native (Swift/Kotlin) development.

• Finance & Ops Lead with 8+ years of experience handling financial strategy and scaling operations.
• AI/LLM Expert with hands-on experience building AI products using the latest LLMs and models.
