As an Application Developer (m/f/d) in the IT Processes team, you will be responsible for the new development and maintenance of web applications (backend) and for setting up a new low-code platform.

Place of work is Saarbrücken.

Your Tasks Are

• Joint development of concepts and architectural proposals for the creation of modular, scalable and modern web development
• Further development of corresponding concepts and architectures in web development
• Development of a RESTful web service for a new internal application
• Support of an already existing Java application
• Support and integration of other existing applications
• Participation in the development of a new LowCode platform for the company
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Completed studies in IT with a focus on computer science/business informatics or similar, or comparable training (e.g. IT specialist m/f/d)
• Enthusiasm for modern technologies and a willingness to engage with new technologies
• Very good programming skills (Java, SpringBoot and Spring)
• Experience in dealing with architecture paradigms (RESTful Web Services) and build tools (Maven and Gradle)
• Good knowledge of Git, GitLab and CI/CD
• Experience in low-code program development (e.g. Camunda, Flowable)
• CleanCode is not just a buzzword for you
• You are a team player and like to contribute your experience and ideas
