**This position will be a hybrid remote role in Boston. Onsite 2-3days per week. Remote the rest of the week.**

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Salesforce (SF) Lead Engineer to partner closely with the Salesforce team to support the expansion of the Salesforce platform at DentaQuest. This role involves strengthening collaboration between onshore and offshore teams, focusing on code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient delivery. Success will be measured by the ability to support sprint planning, deliver enhancements and bug fixes, and align with architectural guidelines to achieve business outcomes.

MUST HAVE TECHNOLOGIES:

1. Salesforce Lightning Experience (e.g., Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, custom Lightning Components).

2. Apex programming and SOQL queries.

3. Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Sharing Rules.

4. Integration technologies, including REST APIs, OAuth, and Installed Packages.

5. Visualforce, Apex triggers, and controllers.

6. Collaborative Development: Ability to align with the Salesforce product roadmap while driving high-quality development and delivery.

7. Solution Implementation: Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions within established guidelines.

8. Code Quality: Maintain best practices and high standards for code quality and performance.

9. Team Leadership: Support the development team by managing tasks, providing mentorship, and fostering collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.

NICE TO HAVE TECHNOLOGIES:

1. Familiarity with healthcare-specific Salesforce implementations or solutions.

2. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

3. Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, including vulnerability scanning and data protection.

4. Expertise in optimizing large-scale systems and transitioning legacy data architectures.
