Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Application Developer at Theronix.org based in Los Angeles, CA. The developer will be responsible for software development, programming, database management, CSS, and integration tasks.

Compensation

The position offers equity compensation in the company rather than a traditional salary. As an early-stage startup, we provide a meaningful ownership stake to contributors who are committed to building and growing the platform.

The equity percentage will be negotiated based on experience, skills, and the scope of contribution, starting at 5%. This role is ideal for developers who want to be part of a fast-moving project with high potential upside through company growth.
