What you’ll be doing
Develop desktop and web applications, workflows and databases in collaboration with technical team lead.
Act as escalation for application support of internally built software, working with employees to identify errors and collaborating with senior developers on resolution.
Work with team members across Hope Network to develop secure systems of access to Hope Network applications and databases.
Define and develop internal software applications/tools as needed.
Manage implementations of new applications or upgrades as required.
Assist team members to integrate data across applications or service lines and recommend improvements to minimize duplicative entry and maximize retrieval of usable information.
Document the workflow for applications to align process needs with the application, testing and verifying the new software, assessing the cost allocation of the application, and evaluating the support impact for the IT department.
Anticipated Work Schedule
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in-office per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM with flexible scheduling options
Job Requirements
Degree in Systems Analysis or Computer Science (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in technology required.
1-3 years programming/maintaining business applications.
.NET/C#
Full Application Lifecycle Development
WinForms/ASP.NET/HTML/CSS
2+ years of SQL Server experience.
SQL/T-SQL
SSIS
SQL database design
2+ years of Business Analysis experience, including gathering requirements, analysis, and developing standards and procedures for operational processes.
2 years of experience in a business environment, preferably in HR, Payroll, Accounting, or IT.
Familiarity with Web Services protocols (REST, SOAP) and API design is a plus.
