Job Title: Senior Application Developer (.NET / Power Platform)

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Application Developer with strong .NET expertise to design, build, and maintain modern and legacy web applications. This role involves full-stack development using C#, .NET Core, APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database technologies like SQL Server and Oracle. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable leveraging Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 to streamline business processes.

The team follows a hybrid Agile/SCRUM-like methodology, including daily standups, sprints, backlog grooming, and demos. This is a hands-on development role ideal for someone who enjoys writing code every day and can rapidly prototype solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
• Perform system analysis, coding, testing, and implementation of web programs and services.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to enhance or build new applications.
• Integrate and customize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools for workflow enhancements and automations.
• Follow industry standards and software best practices.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and provide technical guidance to resolve roadblocks.
• Identify business needs, refine user stories, and provide insights into implications of technical requests.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in application usability and maintainability.
• Work on estimating tasks and creating documentation for development efforts.

• Languages/Frameworks: C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Razor, Bootstrap
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle
• Architecture/Technologies: MVC, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, Web Services, Service-Oriented Architecture

• Identity & Access Management: ADFS, Entra ID, SAML

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to interact across technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent combination of experience and knowledge.
