Qualification : Diploma/ Degree (Mechanical) Should have 3+ years of experience in application. Fibre CUTTING Laser applications/ Machine setting & fitment (Sheet Metal Industry) Ensure proactive support on application issues Ensure that all application calls are resolved on telephone or by visit within the shortest time span Conduct regular visits / meetings with the customers Responsible for Installation and Commissioning support of Laser products at the customer end Reading technical drawings & Job Proof Responsible for designing job work as per customers’ needs
