Send your CV to [email protected] Application Engineer We are looking for an Application Engineer who will be responsible for developing and debugging test solutions (programs and hardware) for characterization, qualification, and production in the semiconductor field. Work Tasks: Designing application boards (e.g. Burn-in Board) and writing related test programmes Preparation of technical specifications in cooperation with the customer Preliminary project analysis Drawing of circuit diagrams (complete or partial) Writing test programmes Checking of CAD output documentation Participation in the review, verification and validation phase of the project Debugging and fine-tuning the prototype Preparing documentation for the customer Technical support to production and testing departments Requirements: Degree in Eletrical Engineering Understanding of electronic engineering fundamentals and DFT concepts Basic competence in programming with scripting and high-level languages (e.g. C/C ++ or Visual Basic) Knowledge of digital, mixed-signal and high-speed devices Knowledge of the English language Problem solving and critical thinking Analytical skills Team working Willingness to learn Classification: Place of work: Catania Working hours: full time Qualification: employee Contract type: "CCNL Metalmeccanico Confapi PMI" with level and remuneration commensurate with the candidate's actual experience.
